New Stringing Machine for No Quit Students

The purpose of the fund is to provide financial and mentoring assistance to young tennis players in need at the No Quit Tennis Academy in Las Vegas NV. No Quit has been training and inspiring kids for over 20 years and has enabled their graduates to garner over 165 college scholarships by setting them on a path to succeed in life. The HWK Fund compliments the core values of No Quit by engendering positivity, teamwork, ambition, and the value of hard work.

The initial specific purpose of the HWK Fund is to offer a young person the opportunity to start a racquet stringing business to enable them to learn the basics of business start-up, development, purchasing and inventory management, accounting, and the value of exceptional customer service. The Fund will donate a stringing machine to a worthy recipient and arrange for the mentoring of proper stringing techniques and overall core business skills. Upon graduation from No Quit Academy, the recipient will be given a portable stringing machine to take to college to continue the business if they so desire.

The HWK Scholarship Fund is dedicated to the memory of Holly W. Kempner, a life-long tennis fan and a strong and positive presence in the lives of so many. She espoused many of the core values of the No Quit Tennis Academy and lived her life based on those values.
